• Be under 55 years old
• English language certificate with minimum average 6.5/9 for the main applicant and 5/9 for each of family member in each section in IETLS test
• Have at least 2 years of work experience
• Pass at least 100 points in the pointing system

Investors Migration– Requirements

• Establish a business with minimum investment of 100,000 New Zealand Dollars (excluding working capital)
• Reach minimum points of 120 on the entrepreneur pointing scale
• Propose a business plan to contribute in the economic growth of New Zealand
• Minimum IELTS score of 4/9 in the overall band for all applicants above 17 years
