Inventors migration – Requirements

Real Estate:

The applicant is required to purchase real-estates in value not less than 2.5million Euros, under the following conditions:

A. Invest the whole amount in one residential real- estate.
B. Invest in a group of residential and commercial real- estates, the investor have to purchase residence real – estate in value not less than 500,000 Euro.

Government deeds:

The investor purchases government deeds from Ministry of Finance in value of 2.5 Million Euro. This amount is refundable after 3 years.
